PreCotton is a vertically integrated cotton company and brand. The company produces sustainable 100% virgin cotton products (yarns, fabrics, apparel, home textiles), and supplies textile manufacturers, mill-direct customers, and wholesalers.
PreCotton offers customers full package services including program management, design, decorating, logistics and warehousing.
PreCotton’s breakthrough patented technology substantially increases the yield of 100% virgin cotton by processing unused virgin cotton fibers (post industrial waste) using our proprietary manufacturing process called “precycling”. After sorting and formulating unused fibers to meet desired quality specifications, our precycling equipment processes the formulated fibers into new 100% virgin PreCotton bales that are ready for spinning into yarn – just like normal virgin cotton.
SUSTAINABILITY
Because PreCotton does not have the growing, harvesting, transport and overhead costs of virgin cotton, PreCotton bales actually cost less to produce than 100% virgin cotton bales, while also delivering unmatched sustainable impact savings in water, Co2 and power.
